A 2018 Fall Turkey & Deer Managed Hunt will be held.  Registration is now handled through the Missouri Department of Conversation website.  Applications will be available after July 1st.  Please contact the Andy Dalton Shooting Range by calling 417-742-4361, or emailing Ali Underwood at Ali.Underwoord@mdc.mo.gov to obtain additional information. There will be a hunt clinic to be announced at a later date.  Attendance is mandatory.
The Missouri Department of Conservation partners with the Sho-Me Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation to host a fall managed deer and turkey hunt annually.  This event is held at the Andy Dalton Shooting Range and Outdoor Education Center at Bois D’ Arc, Missouri (Map).  This hunt is specifically open to persons with disabilities, who are unable to hunt unassisted.
For those chosen to participate in the hunt, every effort will be made to accommodate your specific needs.  Lunch will be provided, as well as bottled water, milk, and juice.
NOTE: The doctor’s certification is to determine if the applicant is overall healthy enough to participate in the event without further compromising their condition.  We will work with each person to see what, if any, type of adaptive equipment is required for their participation.
If you have questions, or need assistance registering, please feel free to call me at the range at 417-742-4361.  We look forward to seeing old friends and making new ones, too.
     Thanks for your interest,
